When you change to CD it says "No magazine," When trying to eject it makes no noise or attempt to eject the magazine.

Sound like your CD changer is toast or maybe came unplugged.

This may sound patronizing but are you sure you are pushing the eject button right? For the first two weeks I owned my rover I thought the CD changer was toast, however I discovered that I was pushing the button in instead of down or vice versa... Might be Im just slow but a thought none the less...

I'v had this problem too. I have just kept poking the button and pushing the mag around (maybe it gets stuck in there) and eventually it pops out.

Hope I didn't just jinx myself, but eventually it comes out.

Suppose you could unplug the CD player and plug it back in. I used to install the same Alpine CD changer in Volvo's in the early 90's, seems like there was a way to slide a business card under the cassette and unlatch it. I just don't remember exactly how.

Good Luck, David

+1 on NW_rockhound

I had, and still have the same "No Magazine" Issue. I came across this post, prior to being a member here and can say this technique worked and still works for me:

"I have just kept poking the button and pushing the mag around (maybe it gets stuck in there) and eventually it pops out"

You probably shut the power off when it was changing discs. Raise the seat up and forward all the way, unplug the unit and remove the 4 nuts holding it in. Remove the top cover and check for a jammed CD. That's all I did with mine and it works fine now.
