HELP!!! Fuel Pump Fitting...where to buy???
Just dropped the gas tank and the green fitting connecting the fuel pump to the rubber line broke in half. It's a simple male (on both ends) fitting, ****** on 1 end and smooth on the other with a retaining clip in the middle. Can't find it anywhere and the car isn't going anywhere without it.

Try clamping on a short piece of fuel line ($5 for 5FT at the hardware store) to the fitting (depends on how it broke off) and the other end to the actual line. At least this will let you drive the car until you can get a proper fix.
Post a picture please.
Well I would use something which will last.
on the Discovery I you can access the top of the fuel tank and the pump via a
round access hatch.
Assuming Discovery 2 the same way.
What ever you do - put in something really good.
You don't want pressurized fuel spraying around when you are under way.
