Do you have a multimeter? You could check the high low switch. I think it's on the front output housing of the transfer case, but I could be wrong.

Any one know where to purchase the high low switch? Based on the rave description of its function I believe its my problem. I couldnt find it on Atlantic british, is there any place other then a dealer to get it?

The part number is IGM100000. When I Googled that part number, I found a number of sources, but all were UK based.

I know roversnorth can get any part the dealer can, so you might call them, to compare prices.
