Default Help ID suspension knocking up front

Driving me nuts. Something is knocking up front. I've checked everything. All bushings seem tight with minimal movement. Checked lower and upper shock bushings as well. Also checked all bolts. I'm stumped. It's loud at slow speeds cover bumps. If I rock car side to side I can make it knock but can't locate!

2" springs with terrafirma shocks.

I had something similar. Turned out to be the flat plat on the bottom of one of the shocks was broken. Visual inspection everything looked good. I had to pull it apart to know for sure.
