Have a look at the photo guys. I just put new belt and new pulleys in and the belt is sliding off. Its the pulley on right side when facing vehicle the 80 mm one

 

I loosened back up and slid it across and seems to be fine now

 

I remember the one pulley was hard to find around Toronto. Where did you get the pulleys ?

 

I think I got all mine from Rock Auto. The metal one is made in Canada but it seems you can’t find them here.

I bought my pulleys from Atlantic British. They should have them I rhink

 

i think that’s where I will buy next from but the shipping is crazy from Atlantic British and customs charge

 

The two pulleys over by the alternator are easy to source. You can get a metal replacement for the belt tensioner pulley, and you can use a pulley from an H3 Hummer for the other one. The one by the PS Pump and AC Compressor is the $$ one.
