Default Help me diagnose this issue!

Okay, here's what's happening. I started hearing a series of chirps on acceleration a few weeks ago. Couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from, but didn't seem to get much worse. My drive shaft was brand new, so I wasn't so worried about that, and the truck was running great otherwise. No real fluid loss or leaks to speak of.

Then the noise got louder and more persistent until it was clearly a blow of some sort from the engine. I felt around with my hand and it was coming from right underneath the center of the exhaust manifold on the passenger side. See the video attached; where I put my hand is where I could feel the blow; it was quite strong.

Still no other weird noises from the engine, no coolant loss, no oil loss. I was thinking exhaust manifold or manifold gaskets. No dice though, just had the gaskets replaced today and that wasn't the problem. No obvious cracks in the manifold either.

Around this time, I also started getting a blinking check engine light indicating a misfire. Haven't put the computer on it yet to see what it's saying, but it may or may not be related, as this blowing predates the CEL by a few weeks. Then again, they may of course be related. Still no fluid loss or visible leaks, no white smoke from the exhaust.

Check out the video below to hear the noise and see where it's coming from. Any ideas on this would be great.

Get a shop vacuum and soapy water. Reverse the vacuum so it is pushing air up your exhaust and spray manifold with soapy water and look for leaks

You have a blown hg, it is blown to the outside air, not between cylinders and not cylinder to water jacket. It will continue to get worse if you continue to drive it.

Yeah, that definitely sounds like a head gasket given the frequency and location of the noise.
