Default Help me with my FOG LIGHT electrical problem

My fog lights and tail lights and side lights all worked good until 3 days ago. So now I have problems with my tail lights, side and fog lights not working but the headlights do work. The fuse under the hood kept blowing out. I checked wiring and found that the passenger side lights were hanging and wet and exposed, i tracked it as far as the headlight and the wires were all corroded and melted. I removed it, I then put a new fuse on and went to the turn my lights on and "POP" it blew a fuse again, then I just thought of turning the lights on but NOT the fog lights and now NO POP. The tail lights and side lights and everything works fine, obviously NO FOG lights b/c if I put the fog lights on, it will blow a fuse again. Is this a common problem, where should I check next. Its obviously a problem with my fog lights and wiring.
