Default Help please - rough idle, shudder & lots of codes

Hi everyone,

I'm having some problems out of one of my Discos. Here is some background:

1999 D2 159k, had a CEL for the bank one front 02 sensor. I replaced the 02 sensor. A few weeks later I noticed the truck was running a little rough, but no codes were present at first, then the 02 sensor code came back. I reset the code & over the next couple of days the rough running got rougher, louder & now the truck sort of shudders occasionally. I was overdue for plugs & wires so I replaced those this past weekend. Didn't seem to make any improvement. Here are the codes I pulled tonight:

P0130 02 Circuit Bank 1, Sensor 1
P0455 Evap Emission System Leak Detected (gross leak, no flow)
P0150 02 Circuit Bank 2, Sensor 1
P0174 System Too Lean (bank 2)
P1174 Lambda Control Adaption fault Bank 2. Last occurrence - maximum signal
P1300 Catalyst damaging misfire multiple cylinders. Drive cyclec: signal out of range - above maximum
P0308 Cylinder 8 Misfire detected

I am at a loss on where to start. Ideas?

Thanks guys!

Replace the two front O2 sensors.
Replace the gas cap.

Reset and erase all codes and see what comes back if any.

For difficult codes use

Will do. Thanks for the advice. Any idea what would cause the o2 sensors to fail in a short period of time?

I have a more pressing issue as of this morning (water pump) so it looks like I'll have a bigger order to AB than I'd planned.

Hold on that, the gas cap is not causing this.
Buy 2 front 02 sensors from BPoU or Atlantic British, install them, clear the codes and see what comes back.

Any idea what's causing the o2 sensors to fail?

I replaced the bank 1 upstream sensor not too long ago I'd say less than three months ago. Was just replacing one side a bad call?
