Good to know. If they last that long, that gives me enough time to piece together the lift I want.

I’ve got the Terrafirma TF178 +3” 4-stage adjustable shocks and really like them with the HD TF springs.
I was really wanting the Fox shox 2.0 +2” shocks but for the money I went with TF.

I’ve had a few years on my terrafirmas and am still happy with them.
I suspect OME is the way to go with an unlimited budget. But TF seems just fine to me.

And make sure you have 8 new nylocs before you start the job. Otherwise easy.
I have regrets about that.

I have the fox 2.0 +2” shock and the ride is about as good as it gets

not a d2 person but

OME is questionable now. Their new nitro sports versus the old nitrochargers, the quality just is not there, and they are really not for stock height. The eyelet welds are not good enough for abuse. The old all metal nitros if you can find a set are really good however.

TF seems like a well used and good budget option

Fox's design is nice and fixes a lot of the breakage points that the OME has. Especially nice they have some for stock height and lift.
