My 2002 disco se with 140000 mi is currently sporting original shocks and springs. My "I dont want you buying that leaking beast", wife has falling in love with the truck and; it will mostly be doing highway miles approx. 150 a day. It will never see off road terrain in this life time. Which combination of shocks and spring will yield the most confortable and smoothest right. I know it is a truck. Try telling my wife, otherwise.

That's the HD set, you want to look at medium or soft.

 

Save your self some money and go to Lucky 8 talk to Justin and order the OME medium duty coils and the new Sport shocks, they are less expensive the AB, also buy a new OME steering stabilizer and you will love the new look and ride.

or if you like that factory ride height, buy the OEM springs and a set of Bilsteins. I would suggest the OME kit from Justin, but factoery springs may be cheaper. I needed them and got a great deal on e-bay. I like the way mine rides. Loads better over stock.
