Default HG repairs complete

Just wanted to thank everyone who offered up observations during my head gasket replacement exercise. The tick associated with a slipping sleeve is about 90% less noisy than it was prior to project so it appears that my push down on of the sleeve in #4 cylinder was somewhat successful. At this point, the remaining problem seems to be with the Driver side O2 sensor. Don't know when it happened, but one side male connect was broken off so I decided to replace the connector with one I got from Paul Grant. It may be my wiring job or all the crap that went on the O2 when the head was leaking but it is tossing codes that indicate it is toast. New one on order so we shall see.
Again, thanks to all who stewarded me thru this project, the first one for me. Hopefully this will keep my D2 running for a while ( or at least until ammo prices come down so I can put it down humanely).

That is the question. When I turn the key it reads 0.445. Upon starting, it immediately tosses a P0130 code. The voltage reading drops to 0.000 then starts bouncing around. Then it tossed P0130,P0171, then P1171. On a solo code toss it podded with a P 0139.
I am going to replace the O2 first as it is easiest thig to do. Then if that does not do it I'm going to go back and validate my splices which is a lot harder to do. I've down loaded the connection diagrams. One thing I noticed after reviewing the charts was that the wiring from harness did not all match the the colors coming out of replacement plug. We shall see. I will keep you posted.

you need the wire colors and the plug wire locations(which little socket does which wire go into..heater vs sensor..ect). Both electrical raves are helpful....Wiring diagram and plug diagram.

I was just pulling apart a spare one I had. The wire colors do not match the RAVE electrical diagram. That being said I am going to confirm which pin is in which slot. Thanks!
