Default High Beam Light and Holder part number...

Hi all, I got to be asking this wrong on google or the forum but I am getting my Disco II inspected and the high beam light isn't coming on.. Auto fail for the great state of Texas. So I am obviously not going to pay $150 for a $10 part. I pulled the speedometer cluster (whatever its called) off and found out there is supposed to be a holder that twists onto the back of the board and holds a light. Mine just has tape over the hole .

I can't find the part number for the holder or the light anywhere. Any help would be awesome. Sorry if this is duplicate post, just am a little frustrated and probably not putting in the right keywords for the search.
