Default High Lift

I have a 96 Disco 1 and a high lift. Is it ok to jack it from the stock bumpers?

No.
You need the jack mounts that come on aftermarket bumpers like ARB, TJM and the like. You will rip the stock bumper off the truck.
You can get wheel adaptors though.

Haha, how many times is the word "lift" needed to sell a product?

Depends on what you are selling. If you are talking about breasts, then only once. Off-road jacks, more than once. Go figure.
