Is that Don Trudeau's truck or Grant's?

He and Grant came down to my shop last spring to pick up a bunch of parts. They came down in Grant's DII which was on 35's (at least) and it looked like the one pictured here.

Don's a madman. I remember his Great Divide Edition pickup truck and I think he did a hybrid as well.

Yep haha, Don is the man. He's the one that did my rear panhard conversion. When I drove to his shop in NH, the person picking me up didn't show up. So he drove me, my girlfriend, and my 140lb newfoundland 30 minutes up to portsmouth.

He had that 91 GDE for a while, the series on a RRC coiler chassis was pretty ridiculous as well. This D2(the one pictured) is on 37s and is getting 1 ton axles under it with a 4 link set up. He's crazy, but it'll be fun hanging out with him in a couple weeks at winter romp!

He started out with a Classic back in the mid '00's. He drove all the way down to pick up a so-so upper tailgate and left me with an almost new exhaust back around '05 or '06. I can't remember what became of the body but I think the chassis was the basis for his Series Hybrid. Then he had the GDE that didn't stay whole for long. That GDE was what he turned into a pick up.

Now that I'm thinking about it, it probably was Don's truck that they came down in. He may have had Grant drive it. The truck was a monster and had ridiculously bright headlights.

Yeah he told me about his Hybrid project the other night. I guess he used a RRC chassis for his Series. Turned it into a beast but sadly he sold it...... yeah he said hes done business with you Paul for quite awhile. Hes a good guy and Im going to be meeting up with him soon to get some work done on my D2. Im also considering having him do an engine rebuild or engine swap along with chassis repair work. He seems very informative and have lots of experience with Rovers. Plus hes friends with Zack so I trust hes legit.
