Default Hood Shaking on a 1997 D1

Hey Guys, I have recently noticed that when I am on the freeway, the drivers left side of the hood shakes when it is windy or even just when I am driving faster than 65. Is this normal to have that much drag caused by your hood, or is there something I can do to tighten it?

One more question. The previous owner was less than reliable with hand waxing his cars and the paint has lost some of its shine, after hand waxing it a few times the dullness on the roof and the hood still comes through. Do you guys know of a good anti-oxidizing wax that could be used? or any ideas at all? thank you.

There are hood height adjuster in each front corner of your truck, might want to adjust them up a little.
As for you paint, is the paint burned from the sun? If so you have very few options, if you try to have it rubbed out you will loose you clear coat. I wouls suggest you talk to a detail shop for suggestions and don't be surprised if they recommend a paint shop.
