Default Horn blows fuse 10.

Like the title says, pressing either horn button blows fuse 10 under hood. With the blown fuse, the cruise control system wont work either.
Might this have anything to do with the vehicles security/Superlock system not working correctly as the horn plays a part in creating an audible sound when arming or disarming the system.
If no relation, where can I expect to find a solution to the horn problem?

Maybe unplug the horns and see if still blows the fuse, if so, check for shorts near the horn buttons, behind the air bag, or wiring to the horn itself to see if wire is shorting to frame somewhere.

Short to ground, before the load( horn) always blows the fuse. Check your wiring between the fuse box and the horn connector.
