Default Horn honk with remote door lock

I know if a door is not fully closed, the horn will honk to alert to the ajar door when trying to set the alarm. But it seems my horn is honking every time now that I remote lock it. I've checked the doors. They all seem closed even the back. Did I hit something by accident to set it so it honks? Can I turn it off? The only thing I can think is the door lock actuator on the rear driver side isn't working so I need to pull the inside handle to unlock that door.

Thanks!

No, you can't turn it off but you can find and fix it.
Have you checked the hood and tail gate, the hood switch is quite often the problem.

You actually can turn it off.... there is an option called mislock in the BCU that can be turned off... but it's probably easier just to figure out which door doesn't think it's closed.

I should have clarified my reply, yes you can for $100 or so from a dealer or shop that has a T4 and it is cheaper to fix it.

By thanks guys...

It stopped doing it, after I changed the oil... So it's probably the switch on the hood. I did notice the rubber around the switch was a bit torn so it's probably shorting or something

Thanks again

Not shorting out, just failing.
I unplugged mine a couple years ago and that stopped my horn from honking.
