Default how did you install your rotoflex

hey guys,

i just tackled the rear DS rebuild and replaced my hand brake cable... i'm installing a new rotoflex.. and i noticed all of these arrows which dont make any sense to me...

rave says to have certin arrows goto nuts and certain arrows goto bolts for directionsal purposes!!!

why .... its not the end of the world and i highly doubt there is any difference that the rotoflex cold feel.

anybody say who cares and install it with all the bolts or nuts in one direction?

Look at the drawing the arrows point in the direction that the bolts go in the Rotoflex. Just out of curiosity why would you not follow the instructions?

If you get it wrong, it tends to be "weaker" and they fail prematurley.

For the sake of 10 minutes, install it correctly

that's weird! other than possibly some clearance concerns I have never heard of a nut and bolt being "directional" I couldn't see how it would make a difference myself but I am sure they had a good reason for doing it. Maybe they want the flex pressure to be on the head of the bolt instead of the nut side? Anyways I would follow the directions and do it right.

That is another option but honestly the rotoflex on my '02 is perfect at 114k miles but my front ujoints were buggered at 70k so who really knows?
