How do I fit the seals for my sunroof?

I have had problems with the sun roof leaking on my TD5 and have discovered a perished seal. I got a new one on ebay for £20 and I want to know how to fit it properly. I would appreciate it if you could advise me of how to do this.

Download the RAVE service manual (many members have the link posted in their signature lines). There is a section on the sunroof.
