How do you guy add a pic?

I tried but it keeps saying its over 200 mbits what am I doing wrong????

What format and resolution is the image you're trying to upload? Try saving the avatar as a gif, its colorspace is only 8-bit or 256 colors. Even with compression a jpg is 24-bit color which is 16.7 million colors. My avatar is a 145x109 gif. Good luck!
