How much coolant does your disco drink?
Need to top off mine every 3-4K miles with 100ml. No leaks on the ground. No apparent leaks under the hood. No coolant smell. Is this normal?
120K on the clock, 2004 Disco 2. All coolant hoses, vacuum leak hoses, and other rubber/plastic hoses have been replaced.

Check under the throttle body heater, when you park at home, put a paper towel on the valve cover. My bet is it will have a wet spot the next morning.
Also try the same around the throttle body heater gasket paper towel and pad around the outside, to check for dampness.
That area tends to leak very slowly and the amount sounds right. It is hard to find because the small amount evaporates off fast

Thank you, will test today. If it is a leak TBH leak, is the fix as simple as installing a new plate kit (https://www.roverparts.com/Parts/MGM000010KIT)?

Autozone rents the pressure tester, so a no brainer.
If it is the Throttle Body heater get a genuine kit, the Britpart kit stinks to install. I resurfaced mine with sandpaper, and it sealed very well. The surface of mine looked rounded. I remember someone skips the gasket and uses The Right Stiff the seal, but I have not and couldn’t attest to that.
