how... do you replace this part!?? LZN100220L Ive found several threads but mostly everyone saying they taped it up or used liquid sealant and its expensive but I cant find where anyone explains how to release it from the intake manifold to install a new one lol. I have the part but do not know how to remove the old one! any takers?

It depends how broken yours is... if it is broken flush with the manifold, you will need to carefully drill it out with increasing drill bit sizes, being cautious not to drill the aluminum of the intake.
If there is enough to grab onto, you can use a pair of vice-grips to grab it and pull it out. It is a friction fit. So grab and twist as you pull it out.
There's no instuctions because theres no real procedure...

ok thanks... i hadnt found anything except reference to those little teeth preventing you to pull it out.. mine looks ok but i bought another since having some brake issues and there is a very dirty area there as if dirt and grind has been being drawn in from a leak... but visually it looks normal.. i just didnt want to break anything liek strip out the hole from those little teeth holding it in

Here's what I wrote over on Dweb almost 10 years ago after I broke the red collar because I'd broken the vacuum tube lying on top of the engine to reach the coils and I didn't know how to remove the vac pipe stub from the fitting. (You push IN on the red collar while pulling the vac tube OUT.)
I just happened to have the grommets on hand from some other project years before. It worked great for a year and a half until I scavenged a red collar from a boneyard truck. In fact, I think it probably seals better than the factory solution.
I'd be happy to send you a grommet if you'd like to try this solution. I may even be able to find one of the rubberLemme know.
"I adapted a vinyl grommet from Radio Shack to do the job by trimming it down to its core on one side and that has worked well for over a year and a half now. I've since found a rubber bushing that would give more reach into the plenum. I've since found a rubber bushing that would give more reach into the plenum."
