There’s probably a place on the forum to contact the administrators, but I’m not finding it.
LRForums user danyjames_9 seems to parrot posts from other users (including me). Even if he’s a legit user, I’m pretty sure there’s a bot attached to him.

 

At the top right of each post there is an exclamation mark in a triangle that allows you to report the post. I've just done so for that same account.
