Default How should I bypass T-state on 04' Discovery?

I need to bypass my thermostat on my 2004 Discovery so I can run it and flush the cooling system while I wait for the new T-stat to be delivered.

Can I simply remove the damaged T-stat and use a T-hose to make the connection or, is it more complicated than that?

Thanks for your help.

You can use a plastic pex plumbing tee
Or 1" galvy fittings from home repair place hd or lowes
Plastic pex pieces or irrigation pieces will be cheapest
