Man that looks like a pain in the ***. So it looks like it's passenger side under the dash right above where the blower motor is?

Right behind the center stack, entire dash has to come out.

Have you attempted this repair before? Curious as to how people go about replacing the foam and if that is the only trouble spot or if there is more.

Never attempted it, I deemed it not worth the trouble.
