1. is it easy to do - never had to do this
2. Stainless steel? copper?
3. what size tube?
4. New End pieces are they easy to find? what size?
appreciate if anyone can shed some light.
Thanks

If you have a general automotive spares vendor locally they will be able to supply the pipe and fittings which generally are standard on most vehicles.
You may also get some good advice from the spares place also.

Does anyone knows what is this part numbers?
2 small hoses connects the rear two metal hoses. They are about 6-7 inches long . will appreciate your help. stupid Rave does not mention the part number, unless i am now seeing it
Thanks

This link has all of the parts you need to replace the 6 flexible brake lines on your disco.
Discovery Series II Brake Hose Kit | Discovery With Raised Suspensions
You can find similar kits from all of the usual sources plus eBay. I'd stay away from replacing the metal lines unless they are just that bad.
There is also a great video you should watch that details getting those two brake lines off without breaking the metal lines they are attached to.
How To Install Brake Hoses On A Discovery II With Raised Suspension
Good luck with it.

That video is definitely helpful. My problem now is the metal pipe i believe they are 3/16 goes to rear is rusted badly and now busted. so that's my 1st priority to replace. I can wait for the 4 or 6 flex hoses.
I am going to try to take those 2 lines out today. what i see my options are
1. take the old tubes and have someone rebuild
2. get copper/Nickel pipes and replace myself - making flaring are the hard part. I wonder if there are double or bubble style
Thanks for your help
I gotcha.
What about finding one at a junkyard and just pulling those lines? Might be easier than bending and flaring your own.
Also I want to say I came across a thread at one point where someone did a write up on how they did this. But I can't seem to find it.

One more link for you if you want to go the easy route.
Brake Pipe Replacement Kit: Non-Corrosive Copper Nickel EziBend Pipes (ABP218B Same Fit As Part # ABP218B ) - Land Rover kits from Atlantic British
Looks like they have all of the fittings and are already cut to length, you just need to do the bending.
Good luck and let us know what you end up doing to fix it.

OK, i decided what i am going to do.
I just pulled out the left rear side of the line. attaching some pic. they was so bad that broke into pieces. Right side not sure yet but looks fairly straight forward. I had to break those metal clips that were holding the lines on the frame. I have to come up with new way to mount them.
I ordered 25 feet of 3/16 Non-Corrosive Copper Nickel tube Amazon prime ($25)
Now gotta get some new fittings.
According to this site (Brake Line | Fitting Identification How-to)
my fittings look like ISO Bubble. may be Autozone/advanced will have loaner or just buy the darn tool to make flares.
I am going to replace all the flex hoses too. they are still the original ones and old.
Not sure If i want to pay $160 for braided hoses (Discovery Series II Brake Hose Kit | Discovery With Raised Suspensions). still looking any suggestions?
Copper Nickel tube supposed to be easy to bend and snake through the frame.
Stay tuned. I will try taking pics i have not found any instructions or videos anywhere yet for line replacements.
