So you are looking at a truck that has all of 216 miles left on the warranty, that is good.
There shouldn't be anything major wrong with the truck at that mileage, but you do need to crawl all over it looking for leaks or problems while you can get them fixed. You should also make sure the free Rover 45K was done. Also consider getting and extended warranty on the truck while it is still in warranty, they are expensive but really worth it.
So whatever you do, don't go over 50,000 miles before getting it to the dealer.
