I can’t get the brake lines off
So I am trying to install ss brake lines but I can’t get off the old ones. I have been soaking them with pb for the last day and a half now and no movement. How did y’all do it?
thanks
Edit: I was able to get the rear hoses off but I still can’t get the front ones
thanks

Yep you need to be careful not to damage the hardline and nut. You can try some heat with a plumbers torch but beware of boiling break fluid we can crack it free. When I did my lines I wrecked my drivers front line. I had to buy the new line set from the abs module for about $80. That actually worked out because the small hoses on the drivers side going the to the rear where all frozen as well.

Ok thanks I got them loose now. Nuts are slightly damaged because I used vise grips but they are not too bad. Should I put the hoses on in a certain order? Like right rear then left rear then front right then front right? I am going to bleed the brakes after I do this anyway so does the order matter?
