Default Door Lock Strange Behavior

Was in an older thread but can't find it again so I'll start a new one... A while back I had the weird clicking noise behind the left side of the dash and wasn't able to shift out of park while the "P" indicator lights flashed in time with the clicking noise. Read in the thread that was a sign of a bad built-in relay in the cabin fuse box, so I purchased a used one online and installed it. The clicking noise disappeared and shifting was normal, etc., BUT now the door locks don't work correctly. With one push of the unlock button on the key fob (or the dash lock/unlock switch) all door locks unlock. No matter whether I use the key fob or the dash switch to lock the doors only the driver's door locks. Not even the sound of the other doors locks even attempting to lock. Is there something else I am missing or did I get a replacement cabin fuse box with another faulty relay? Kind of a pain in the rear to have to go around and manually lock all the other doors...
