Default I can't find the Fog Light pigtail

When I installed my winch bumper, I disconnected the stock fog lights and tucked the pigtails up behind the new installation. I did't think anything about them until today. I'm using them to wire new LED fog lights and can't find the driver's side pigtail. The passenger side connector was easy to find and connect to, but not the driver's side. I looked pretty extensively. I need a clue where to look back farther. The workshop manual didn't help. I've had the headlight out to look below there with no luck. Where should I look next?

Did you view the Harnesses chapter in the WM?

14. Release clip securing fog lamp multiplug.
15. Withdraw harness to engine compartment fuse
box.

Thank you. Yes, I saw that. I was hoping someone knew where the driver side pigtail branched off from the harness so I could go back there and trace forward.
