I can't get my Jump seats to work??

Cool I can't get my Jump seats to work??

I can get them folded out but the backs wont go up. What the heck am I doing wrong?? Please help..

I had that problem once. Try to push the backrest down against the bottom part of the seat and at the same time push the backrest lever down. Be careful not to break the lever by being to forceful. I have seen some Discos with that part broken.

+1 on this. If you press down on the back rest it will drop down, be careful though for 2 reasons; 1st, if you're pressing down really hard it will kinda POP, and depending on where you're other hand is at you could lose a finger or 2 (imagine those hinges as scissors). 2nd, If you press really hard at the wrong angle you can bend it so you can really never use it again (personal experience)
