Bad fan belt or belt tensioner.

Where and when, also what year is the truck? You have to be more specific. Could also be bad u-joints on the front drive shaft.

03 disco2, seems to be most at first accelearation. I sprayed the engine off and it quieted, makes me think its somehting with the belt, what do u think?

Yes sounds like the belt, its getting hard.
You can get a belt spray at a auto parts store sometimes its
helps sometimes it makes it worse but you will know its the belt
and nothing else.
