I don't think this guy's motor is typical. I have never seen one that bad before. I think some machinist on the block line had a couple of porters on Friday and wasn't watching his digital readouts on the bore bar. I'm sure there is a deeper story here that we are not seeing.

Guys I finally solved the engine ticking noise on my 2001 disco 2 with a 2000 mile 4.6 engine that was re-replaced due to said ticking noise! I traded the guy that bought my Audi TT back for the Disco! Now I hear no engine noises at all, and as a side effect I get 30 miles to the gallon and 275 hp at will! hehehehe

....and you're driving around in a VW beetle.

Oh wait a minute.....my 911 is basically a VW beetle, just the older body style.
