Default I went off road in my Disco

these are some pictures of me wheeling my D1 with the west coast rover club in the hollister hills on memorial day weekend. The OME lift without sways provided great flex.

Great pictures!
Looks like you had a good time.
Nice to see people that use a Land Rover for what it was made for.
Roadies need to buy mini vans.

Nice to see that you took it out and put it through hell, good lord knows that I would want to do that, but needless to say, my Rover tends to stay more on road then off road, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t abuse it sometimes.

My greatest adventure with my Rover is when a few friends of mine wanted to see what my rover had, they all own the big wheel 4x4’s and we came up to this river that none of them would cross with their trucks, I was at first a bit concerned that my rover would end up down river, but needless to say I drove through and had water over the hood as of matter of fact I had it just about 5 inches up my windshield and that was with no snorkel, not a smart move and I did make it to the other side, but it took me over an hour to drive around to catch up with the other chickens, I didn’t want to take my chances any further then what I already did, so I went on without them.

After I had gotten back with them I asked them why they didn’t try it, and they said, man your crazy as heck, we would have not made it across like you did, we don’t have that ability, and how did you do that? They asked, I just sat back in my chair looking at my Rover, and said, I didn’t do it man, my Rover did it all!

My tail pipe was in the ground so a D2 gave a little tug and I wheeled they rest of the way out That's the second picture of me wheeling my way out the ditch.
