the truck has no engine and i have a steep drive way so testing #1 is out, i dont know about #2 but when i apply the handbrake..... i DO NOT GET A LIGHT

same with turn signals, they work... but ther is nothing on the dash!!!

Your instrument cluster is melted, you need a new one.
Either the solders on the circuit board melted or the wiring inside it melted, either way you need a new one.

yea my mechanic caught my truck on fire while rebuilding th eengine... i replaced the interir and everything was working fine untill now...with the cluster..

engine is still out of the truck at the shop, i took the truck home with me over the winter time after the insurance totalled it..

i have still have less than 700$ into it

Don't worry about paying us just make sure that once you get it fixed post back here and let us know. That way you will be helping those in the future if they have the same problem.
