Default ideas on Fabricating a air intak moulding

Looking for some ideas on fabricating a new front air intak moulding. The plastic original has completely fallen apart after turning brittle.

Contact one of our dismantlers to get one carefully removed - or maybe a boneyeard in your area or within expedition range.
