"trailer" idiot light flashes only when the right turn signal is used ?? The turn signal only flases once ??
Any thoughts ?

 

Mine does this as well..
But I think its whenever I signal either direction..

The trailor light goes off after the first flash.


Are you saying your blinker only flashes once?

 

Yes ... the blinker only flashes once (at least on the inside)... My son says no flash on the outside front or rear. Bad bulb ??

The trailer light will only flash once unless there is a trailer hooked up then the trailer light on the dash will blink with your turn signals as long as the trailer lights are working correctly.
If the trailer lights are NOT working or there is NO trailer hooked to the truck then the trailer light on the dash will only blink ONCE.

 

Time to clean/replace all sockets and check all connections at the back of the truck with a meter to find this one.
