Default Idler pulley

I have been unable to find the part number or size for the drivers side. The dayco 89006 does not appear to be the right size.
Does anyone have the size or a suggestion for a replacement part?

Thanks

There are two idlers, the 70mm is PQR500060 and the 80mm is PQR101150K. The 80mm goes on the Driver (LH) side of the engine. If you search 'PQR101150' you may get better hits from Google.

Plug that number into ebay and you'll get many results.

I took mine apart, lubed it up. Did not fix my noise. On to the next thing.

Sounds like a scraping, kind of plastic noise. hard to nail down. Intermitent, dependent upon engine speed.

The idler I lubed came apart with no warning at all and left me stranded on the interstate.

I'd definitely replace that idler now.

So I accidently ordered two new idler pulleys. I was considering doing them anyway, but didn't realise they were still in my Amazon basket when I hit 'checkout' for something else.

So. I want to do the belt as well. Are there any brands to avoid?

Also, does the tensioner need any kind of maintenance?

Thanks.

Default Bearing

The 6034, when I search for them, it appears that there are other iterations. Numbers and letters, does it matter which?

Ordered one will swap it out and see what happens.

I put in a Continental belt about 8k miles ago, it has cracks all over and took belt dressing to stop the squeaking.

The tension pulley may need replacing, I did mine.
