Just did a 700 mile road trip to get an elusive 03 brush guard, did an ATF flush, new plugs and wires and a can of BG44k on the way up, which fixed my tick, while I was up in NY, I noticed a very, very, very slight shake about 20 seconds after the truck was first started, like it was trying to find the appropriate idle, after that nothing. Drove strong, no problems all the way home. Get 2 miles from my door, SES light, pulled codes P1170 and P1883.
1. Could this be due to the ATF flush or the long hot drive?
2 The obvious, what am I replacing next?
Havent found this combination on the forum yet but I will keep looking.

Driven about 7 times since the SES light came on and it just went off this morning. The truck is not smooth as glass at warm idle, no sound, but it is just a little off, like a very small occasional vibration. Could this be 02 sensor related?
Also, what exactly does it mean when the SES light goes off on its own?
When it went on I had just driven 250 straight in 95 degree heat, so that could have been a factor...
