Default Illuminated control sticks for lights and wipers?

Are the control sticks for the wipers, headlights, and remote radio/volume control on the steering wheel supposed to be lit when the headlights are on? If so what are some possible causes for them to be off? Is there a fuse or do the parts just need to be replaced?

I don`t think they are supposed to be lit. My 01 D2 are not.

mine are off too, and so are the sunroof switches.

Mine aren't lit. I don't think they're able to be illuminated. JF

In a perfect world we would have everything the way we wanted it to be and nothing would ever break down!!!! We would get 50 mpg, lifting our trucks would cost under a 100 bucks and we would never get stuck!
