Default I'm Out.....

I wanted to thank all here for the information that when needed was always available here. Expansion tank split - chemical test proves exhaust gas in the coolant. I just don't have the money or specifically the TIME to put into the vehicle. I just removed the intake and replaced coils and wires last month. By the time I replace the sagging headliner, the head gasket I'd still have to deal with the oil light at hot idle and I've already replaced the front cover oil pump and replaced the main bearings. To be honest I am having separation anxiety with the thought of parting with it. I love this truck. It is the coolest vehicle that I have ever owned. Doubt I'll ever have another 'cause I would only buy a new one and that's big $$. I bought it for 13,000 and put about 10,000 into it with tires and repairs. It looks brand new on the exterior. What a shame. A dealer has offered a $3000 trade-in and I am driving away on Saturday with a 2013 sedan which will hopefully put an end to the stress of monthly problems and parts/repair costs. Good luck to all!

They'll sell it to somebody. Write the radio code, EKA code if known, and this web site on a card and leave taped in the glove box. Good luck!

Be on the look-out for a newbie post, "Should I buy this 03 SE7 for only $6K?!"
