Question Inspection / diagnosis with endoscope ?

Hi.
What type of diagnostics could be done with an endoscope ? One that fits into the combustion chamber, oil drain plug...

Like which cylinder has a slipping sleeve ? What other things would it be good for ? Tempted to buy one because of its price and having it on hand if ever needed instead of needing it and not having it...

It can be used to see if any coolant is seeping into the combustion chamber around the head gasket which would be seen as bubbles at the seam or just a steam cleaned cylinder. This would be evidence of a head gasket failure between cylinders or a cracked block allowing coolant to seep in from behind the liner at the top.

X1 ............. plus the condition of the piston tops and general condition of the bores. This can be followed up with a compression test based upon the RAVE stats.
