OK i just recieved it in the mail a few minutes ago and it came with no instructions and a few nuts and bolts. the nuts and bolts dont seem to fit right could i just use the regular land rover bolts on there now and is it hard to get the stabilizer on once i get the other one out? Thanks for the quick response disco mike.

Dude.....have a look at the stabilizer currently on your truck and compare it to your new one.
If it looks to be correct, Remove the bolts on either end of the one on the truck and remove it.
Install your new one with the same orientation as the old one, using the same bolts you removed during disassembly.
