Yep, with just doing brake lines then just do it the old fashioned way. As long as you don't get air up to the ABS then your pedal should feel at least as solid as before, but probably more so.

if you place something (i use my favorite brick) it will hold the pedal down, not allowing fluid to **** out while your working it.
which will make bleeding your system a hole lot easier
