I don’t do negative reviews, so I will just say the Fel-Pro gaskets come in boxes. From intake to plenum to Rocker cover. I highly recommend molded rocker cover gaskets, unless you just Love a challenge that will drop metal ringlets into your valvetrain.

+1
I use Fel-Pro or Mahle/Victor Reinz for ONLY 1 simple reason...… they WORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!

Fel-Pro Part #s:
Intake Manifold Gasket Set > MS97186
Intake Plenum Gasket > MS97221
Valve Cover Gaskets > VS50789R

All of these bits are less than $50.00 total at RAuto. Go NUTZ!

I can tell you not to ever use your finger inside a port on the head to try to align the gasket. The water jacket port in the front is a sharp as a razor. Ask me how I know. I dripped a lot of blood all over my valley pan gasket. On top of that I had to finish setting the lower intake manifold while the gasket tack was still workable. I really should have had a couple stitches in my right index finger, but instead I just glued it together with a type of super glue for wound closure. The subcutaneous tissue hurt for a long time after.

I would buy Fel-Pro if it was a complete set, I don’t want to start and be missing an O ring.

I’ve seen the Victor Reinz in a complete set, might go that route.

You'll get there, if you keep working on this rover long enough. Most, if not all, good mechanics are ambidextrous.

Also, just for future reference...stitches are for women and children...lol.

Got this in today. I bolted it down twice, removedclimbed on top of it pushed it, and I hope it sat well, and the manipulating dosn’t Affect the RTV at the corners.

Mused the permatex gasket prep, I’m not sure it got in perfectly, but better than last time.
