Default interior light?

i'm going to redo the headliner on my DI in the very near future and was wondering what goes in the hole above the driver left shoulder, just above the pilar. I'm assuming it's a light. Also, where would i get a replacement for whatever goes there? Truck came with hole and sagging/shrunk headliner. Here is a cell pic.

Thanks

thats not a light. that is the sensor for the alarm system. there should be another one near the passenger side rear door towards the back door a bit. you can see mine in this image.

it seems my alarm system has been completely disabled. both plugs are unplugged from the green alarm ecu under the dash. a black wire that goes to one of the plugs is cut and has been run to a ground. car didnt come with a remote key fob either. what should i do with this hole? Also i can't find the other sensor, or the location that its supposed to be at even.

I believe that DI's only have one alarm sensor like that in the cabin.
You can plug it with the lens from a dome light from another car, just go to the junk yard and buy a dome light lens.

If it has been completely disabled then I would leave well enough alone.

since i'm removing the headliner anyway i wonder if i can make a land rover dome light fit and run power from the center light. the curvature of the roof might be a problem though
