I would give it a try as it is fairly cheap.

 

I think that I found the source of the Amigos. I installed the shuttle valve repair kit form AB. I used an ABS Amigo http://rswsolutions.com/index_absamigobox_v1.htm to read the codes and reset the error. I drove over 100 miles this weekend without any more trouble.
