Default Intermittent noise behind dash

Hey guys, I've been having a ticking noise coming from behind the dash, seems like it's behind the gauge cluster. The noise does not follow engine rpm. The noise can be slow at idle or when revving, and can also be fast when driving or at idle. Sometimes though, it's not there at all!

I have no codes, and just changed the head gaskets. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Climate Control fan - blows air over the temp sensor. It's to the left and below the cluster behind a small grill. Blow it out with compressed air. Several posts on this - search and there's one about how to removed for a better cleaning.

I just cleaned that temp sensor fan out thoroughly about two weeks ago. There's no noise from it.

Is it a chirping noise? Mine has it slowing below like 30mph. Sounds like a speedo cable or Ujoint. Ujoints greased and dont think I need worry about a cable. I was wondering if noise was from front gearset. Dont know if same but thats my weird noise coming from behind cluster.
