Default Intermittent TC light after master cylinder replacement

2003 D2. Replaced the brake master cylinder because it was leaking. The old one was working great btw. Had a local shop put in an OEM cylinder. They claim they did a bench bleed but the brakes have been spotty ever since. So far it has been checked 2 times by LR. Brakes have been bled 8-10 times and ABS set. Brakes are still mushy and inconsistent. Now the TC light is coming on when I hit rough roads... which is everywhere in Pittsburgh... When this happens the car feels unstable and skitters on the road.
I've been thinking the problem was the new master and have a replacement on the way. Now I'm wondering if there is another problem.
Also... since the old cylinder was working much better just leaking is there a repair option.

Thanks!

It took me one hour to bleed the MC properly. Sounds like there is air left in the cylinder. Try another bench bleed, it's very simple. Disconnect the brake lines, plug some clear tubing which feed back the brake fluid into the reservoir, pump the brake pedal and check for bubbles in the tubing.
