This 2002 Disco SE is new to me as of a week ago. I found in the change holder a jack that looks like an iPod jack and it has MP3 stamped on the wire casing. If this is for an iPod would I need an FM transmitter or is there an iPod function on the stock radio that I'm not familiar with?

Obviously, the person who had this car before me had some audio equipment that they have removed. I'm trying to figure what I have and what I do not.
